went on the bicycle machine for an hour and 10 minutes

went on the bicycle machine for an hour and 6 minutes

8/20/09
ran at 7:41 am for like 20 minutes and walked for 10 minutes. should have drank more water before running.

I think it's lame how introverts think they can use being an introvert as an excuse for their actions, or lack of actions. If you're going to be such an introvert, then I will continue to treat you like one.

9:00 leftover nachos, pineapple, mug of milk
12:00 pomegranate lychee tea drink
2:00 finished the nachos, some Dibs ice cream
7:00 water, over baked pizza with additional mushroom and cheese toppings

going to run at 9:00 for like half an hour

day 3

8/15/09

walked, climbed, hiked, and ran up and down Yosemite Happy Isle trail for like 3-4 hours

8/13/09

ran for like 30 minutes

day 2 of trying to lose chub chubs

jogged for 20 minutes

ate:

-finished chocolate yogurt with cheerios
-2 slices of pineapple
-chips & hummus
-caesar salad with croutons, cheese, & chicken
-dinner: lil bit of not fully cooked chicken katsu =(

drank:

-lots of water
-lots of milk
