day 2 of trying to lose chub chubs

jogged for 20 minutes

ate:

-finished chocolate yogurt with cheerios
-2 slices of pineapple
-chips & hummus
-caesar salad with croutons, cheese, & chicken
-dinner: lil bit of not fully cooked chicken katsu =(

drank:

-lots of water
-lots of milk
